The Ultra-Low Temperature (ULT) racks from Micronic are based on the globally recognized ANSI/SLAS standards for storage racks, featuring a laser-etched 1D rack barcode on one side of the rack and a ‚twist-lock‘ design to prevent tubes from turning during screw cap (de)capping. These racks are compatible with the leading sample storage automation systems.
Product features
The ULT racks are manufactured from polycarbonate, which has excellent properties for low temperatures (vapor phase LN2).
The Micronic ULT racks in 48-well format can hold 48 individual sample storage tubes in the following sizes: 1.00ml, 2.00ml, 3.00 ml, and 4.00 ml.
The Micronic ULT racks are made standard available with a laser-etched 1D rack barcode on the side and a unique laser-etched alphanumeric coding on top.
The Micronic ULT racks are compatible with the Micronic single tube and full rack readers.
